Talking To

Julia Wheeler

The journalist and commentator shares his deeply moving and at times horrifying memoir of his parents’ experiences at the hands of the two genocidal dictators of the 20th century – a story of persecution and survival, and the consequences of totalitarianism told with the unimaginable bravery of two ordinary families shining through. Baron Finkelstein is a former executive editor of The Times and remains a weekly political columnist. He is a former chairman of Policy Exchange and is chair of the think tank Onward.
