The Festival's Covid Policy

We are very much looking forward to having you with us for the Festival.

The welfare and safety everyone attending is paramount, so we are following Government guidelines on Covid very strictly.

WHAT THE FESTIVAL IS DOING
We are not selling any of our venues to capacity.
Before each event, venues will be ventilated, seats will be sprayed with anti-viral solution and hard surfaces that might be touched will be sanitised.
We are implementing an entrance and exit one-way system wherever possible.
The Festival Marquee will have a separate entrance and exit and separate queues for book signing.

FACE COVERINGS
We request that adults and children aged 11 wear a face mask (unless exempt) when seated at events and when standing in the Festival Marquees - but they are not necessary when seated in the Marquee for eating and drinking.

HAND WASHING/SANITISING
You are recommended and expected to use the hand sanitiser provided by the Festival at all venues and in the Festival Marquees.

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND OUR STEWARDS
Please be aware of others and try to maintain a social distance from others when not seated at events and when standing in the Marquees. Please follow the directions of Festival Stewards.

NHS TEST & TRACE
If the Festival is asked to do so by NHS Test and Trace, we will pass on your name and contact details.

WHEN YOU SHOULD NOT ATTEND THE FESTIVAL
• If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or believe you may be infected with COVID-19
• If you have been near to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last few days (unless you are double vaccinated) or have been instructed to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace or are required to self-isolate having arrived into the UK from a destination that requires it

ANY CHANGES
If Government guidance alters, these arrangements may change. Please check on back here or on our social media before you attend.

Thank you for your coorperation.
